“Brother, why are you sitting in the main office hall and not in your office?” I ask my friend when I paid him a visit for café and catching up.
“WOW, master. I have to sit here so I can monitor my manager doing his work.” Replied Thomas. Thomas is the owner of a plumbing company, and he is sitting in the main office, so he has a grip on what is going on in his company and making sure his manager is doing his job.
Isn’t this a tragic situation for any bosses?
Then I notice something, the chair that Thomas is sitting is small and shorter than his, and for that matter, all his staff’s chair are more prominent or the same size as his. What Is going on?
